- Couples from low-income or lower-middle-income households are eligible for up to NT$150,000 per treatment cycle.

How to Apply
Step.1
The couple undergoes fertility evaluations at a certified assisted reproduction facility.

The designated institution verifies the couple's eligibility (age, nationality, number of subsidies used).

The institution submits the couple's data and required documents online.
Step.4
Notification of subsidy eligibility is issued by the Health Promotion Administration (HPA).

Upon completion of the treatment cycle, the institution applies for the subsidy on behalf of the applicant.

Subsidy Usage

Yes. Each new pregnancy is considered a new cycle, and previous usage does not affect eligibility. Women aged 40 to 44 can receive the subsidy up to three times per pregnancy.

Yes. As long as the eligibility was approved before turning 45 and the treatment is completed within a year, the subsidy applies. However, she cannot apply again after turning 45.

No cancellation form is needed. The system will automatically cancel the application.
