PRP may help with premature ovarian failure.

What is PRP?
Autologous PRP is platelet-rich plasma with a high concentration of platelets , extracted from the patient’s own blood and produced using centrifugation. Platelets not only play an important role in hemostasis but also serve as a reservoir of numerous growth factors. When injected into damaged tissues or areas, it can aid in repair and regeneration.

Concentrated platelets contain high levels of growth factors. Biologically, these growth factors help with cell repair, growth, and the regulation of inflammatory responses, thereby improving the quality of healing. PRP is commonly used to repair joints, muscles, tendons, or ligament injuries. In urology, it is applied to various urinary-related conditions such as interstitial cystitis and female urinary incontinence (leakage). In reproductive medicine, it can “improve the uterine environment” and “increase endometrial thickness.” If the endometrium is less than 7mm, this therapy is recommended. PRP can enhance ovarian function, improve egg quality and quantity during retrieval, and is suitable for women with premature ovarian failure, low AMH values, high FSH values, or poor ovarian response.

Advantages of PRP:
🔸High safety
🔸Reduced risk of rejection
🔸Promotes cellular and tissue repair and regeneration

PRP therapy is not suitable for individuals with the following conditions:
▫Platelet function disorders
▫Thrombocytopenia
▫Hypofibrinogenemia
▫Hemodynamic instability
▫Sepsis
▫Acute or chronic infectious diseases
▫History of chronic liver disease
