補助方案

Starting November 1, 2025, the government will adjust the IVF subsidy program, with amounts based on the wife’s age. For women under 39, the subsidy covers up to NT$150,000 for the first cycle, NT$100,000 for the 2nd–3rd, and NT$60,000 for the 4th–6th. For women aged 39–44, the subsidy covers up to NT$130,000 for the first cycle and NT$80,000 for the 2nd–3rd (maximum three times per pregnancy). The overall subsidy cap is NT$530,000. This policy provides greater financial support for infertile families, helping reduce the burden of treatment.

Comparison of Current Scheme (until 2025/10/31) and New Scheme (from 2025/11/1)

The following is a comparison between the current scheme (until 2025/10/31) and the new scheme (from 2025/11/1), to help you quickly understand the differences.

Eligibility for Subsidy (Applicable to both new and old schemes)

  • At least one spouse must hold ROC nationality, and be legally married (per the Artificial Reproduction Act).
  • Diagnosed as infertile by a licensed reproductive physician, and IVF is assessed as necessary.
  • The female spouse must be 45 years old or younger. Age affects the maximum number of subsidy attempts per pregnancy.
