Therapeutic Philosophy
In life, we encounter constant changes, decisions, and challenges. Counseling offers a safe and trustworthy space for clients to express the inner burdens they carry.
Counseling is also a process of support, understanding, and affirmation—helping clients sort through and comprehend their life stories, find meaning, and address difficulties.
I have always believed that people possess infinite potential, and with their own strength they can self-regulate and grow. The counselor’s role is like a container, holding and supporting the client’s emotions and experiences.
Through repeated processes of sorting and clarification, clients come to better understand their problems—and in turn, better understand their true selves.
Amid interactions with others, while switching between life roles, and within the busyness of everyday responsibilities, you may feel frustration, helplessness, sadness, anger, loneliness, or fear. These feelings are your inner self calling out to you.
When you hear that inner voice, allow me to search with you and witness the light you hold inside.
