Having a period doesn’t necessarily mean you are ovulating.

As times change, more and more women delay marriage and childbirth due to life planning. However, to get pregnant successfully, both the “quantity” and “quality” of eggs are very important!

From birth, the number of eggs in a woman does not increase; it only decreases with age. But many people do not know that even if you still have your period, you may not be ovulating. Also, many people don’t realize that a simple blood test can check your ovarian reserve (AMH level). Regardless of the result, it allows us to prepare in advance. If you don’t have a fertility plan yet, you can freeze your eggs (preserve them while they are still young)!

Egg freezing does not affect egg quality — age does. The earlier you freeze your eggs, the better their quality!

Egg freezing is not only for fertility. With advances in technology and more open thinking, frozen eggs can be seen as an asset for the woman.

Own your own eggs! Whether or not it’s for your own fertility, you can choose to donate your eggs to help more future mothers. With changes in social values and technological innovation, egg freezing holds infinite possibilities in the future! Take control of your reproductive freedom, plan your fertility — start with egg freezing!

‼️ Age and fertility are inseparable.
‼️ Egg freezing is an insurance concept and should not be tied directly to the idea of childbirth.
‼️ One egg doesn’t equal one baby. At age 30, you may need 10 eggs to have an 80% chance of having a baby. The older you are, the more eggs you’ll need.
‼️ The issue with freezing is not how long it’s been stored, but whether it gets damaged after thawing.
‼️ Egg donation and egg reception are legal in Taiwan. Donors can receive a NT$99,000 nutrition allowance. Replacing eggs can help RECOVER your fertility.

Everyone’s initial egg count is not necessarily around 7 million. Some may start with 8 million, others with 5 million. A blood test for AMH can reveal how many eggs you still have!

Not everyone starts with about 7 million eggs. Some people may begin with 8 million eggs and then gradually decrease, while others may start with 5 million eggs and decrease from there. A blood test measuring AMH levels can tell you how many eggs you still have in your ovarian reserve!
